Retention periods
- Rejected / waitlisted applications: 12 months.
- Withdrawn records: 24 months.
- Completed participants: indefinite (on request).
- Interest list and sponsor inquiries: anonymize candidate 12 months after cohort closes.
Your rights
Request a data export from your account; after admin approval you receive a downloadable export. Contact us for anonymization or deletion requests.
